PODCAST – How to manage anxiety

Janet shared some effective tools for adults and children. I realize I was speaking quickly.  I was actually was anxious! 🙂 I had prepared to share an hour of content-then found we had               30 minutes. Recovering From a Fractious Childhood

Fractious – Easily upset or annoyed or difficult to please, bad-tempered, irritable, moody, unpredictable. Causing problems and disagreement eg: A fractious mother causes a child to walk on eggshells.
